Dennis Ducharme is a 25-year veteran of the hospitality industry, with experience in resort development, management and finance. He entered the resort development industry in 1985 on Cape Cod.

In 1993, he began serving as the Development Partner of Pollard Brook Resort, with responsibilities for all aspects of real estate development, including property acquisitions, product design and construction, lender relations, condominium and hotel operations, asset administration, and resort information systems.

Over the past 20 years, Ducharme’s developments in Massachusetts and New Hampshire have produced over $275 million in vacation ownership sales, and over $55 million in resort rental income. Ducharme currently serves as a Trustee on the Executive Board of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA), the Washington-based trade organization representing resorts in the US, and holds its coveted designation of Registered Resort Professional (RRP).

Locally, Ducharme has enjoyed a productive 15-year stint as a well-known and successful developer of resort property at Loon Mountain, and currently sits on the Town of Lincoln’s Core Committee, responsible for the long-term planning for Town-owned property in the central village area.

William E. Billy Curran, a sales and marketing executive with over 25 years experience, is the founder of Curran Management Services, Inc., and currently serves as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of InnSeason Resorts. Curran has been operating a premier telemarketing business for the past 15 years, with offices in both Massachusetts and New Hampshire.

He has developed three resort properties in New England, which together employ more than 400 people year round. Curran became involved in timeshare sales in the late 1970’s. He relocated to Florida where he worked as both a Project Director and Sales Manager. During the mid 1980’s, Curran returned to New England as a Sales Manager for a local New Hampshire developer.

During that time, Curran also developed several small telemarketing ventures of his own. In 1989, he opened Vacation Marketing, Inc., with a staff of three managers and six telemarketers. The corporation later changed its name to Curran Management Services, Inc (CMS). Since 1989, CMS has produced over $500 million in sales at resorts throughout the US.

With over 20 years experience in the resort real estate industry, Terry Elsemore’s primary focus has been large fractional interest condominium hotels.
